Advertising

SuperVPN shows ads served by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that add data to your allowance. Google may use your device’s advertising identifier to show and measure ads. On iOS, ads are personalised only if you allow tracking when iOS asks; if you decline, ads are not personalised. Where required, a consent form provided by Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for your choices. VIP users see fewer ads as described in the app.

Payments

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple. We receive your subscription status through Apple and our subscription provider RevenueCat, but never your card details.

Who processes your information

We use these providers to run SuperVPN. They process information on our behalf for the purposes above:

These providers may store information outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep information

We keep your account information while your account exists. When you delete your account, your account, devices and connection records are deleted or de-identified in our production systems; some purchase records may be kept where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons. Backup copies are removed when those backups expire. Information held by Apple, RevenueCat and Google is handled under their own policies.

Your choices and rights

SuperVPN is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Questions: privacy@pekpik.com, JONLAN PTY LTD, Australia.
