SuperVPN

Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and JONLAN PTY LTD, Australia (“we”, “us”), for your use of the SuperVPN app and servers (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Your account

The app creates a guest account on your device. Accounts are for personal use.

2. Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully. You must not use it to break the law where you are; send spam, distribute malware or attack, scan or disrupt other networks; infringe others’ rights or share content that exploits children; or resell, share or automate access to the Service. You are responsible for checking that using a VPN is permitted where you are. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

3. Free use, ads and data rewards

SuperVPN is free to use and supported by ads. Free use includes a data allowance; you can optionally watch rewarded ads to add data when an offer is available. Allowances, rewards, speeds and server availability are shown in the app and may change over time.

4. VIP and subscriptions

VIP is an optional paid subscription. Its benefits, price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Eligible new users may receive a complimentary, time-limited VIP experience; it is not a purchase and does not renew or charge automatically.

5. Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control, and server locations can change. We may update the app and the Service.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the Service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your Apple Account settings.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Questions: legal@pekpik.com.
