What is a guest account?
A guest account is the account Pekpik VPN creates automatically when you first open the app, so you can connect without signing up. It is a real account tied to this device, but it has no email. Link an email to keep it if you move to another device or lose this one, and to use it on more than one device.
How to tell you’re a guest
The account page doesn’t show an email address and offers to link one. On iPhone, the Account tab shows the card “Associate your email to protect your VPN setup”.
What a guest account can do
- Connect to free servers.
- Buy VIP in the iPhone app.
- Show a Support ID you can give to support. See Find your Support ID.
Why you should link an email
A guest account has no email or password, so it can only be found through this device. If you change devices, or lose or reset this one, you may start a new guest account and lose access to the old one, including any VIP on it.
When you link an email on the same device, everything on your guest account moves into the email account. Nothing is lost. See Link your email to protect your account.
If you bought VIP as a guest, link an email before you switch devices so your VIP stays with you.
