Who handles your refund depends on where you bought VIP.

Bought in the App Store
Apple processes App Store payments and decides refund requests. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Step-by-step instructions are in our help article. If Apple approves a refund, VIP may be removed from your Pekpik account.
Bought on a direct download
When card and Alipay checkout opens on direct downloads, email [email protected] with the email address on your account and your payment receipt. We will tell you the outcome; if a refund is made, VIP is removed from your account.
Your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with the service, you are entitled to a refund or other remedy, whatever this page says. Consumers in other countries have the rights their local laws give them.
