Updates and deleting your account
Required updates, maintenance and account deletion.
- “Update required”Pekpik VPN shows “Update required” when your app version is no longer supported. Install the latest version from the official source to keep using it.
- “Service maintenance”Pekpik VPN shows “Service maintenance” while we work on our servers. New connections are paused for a short time; your account and settings aren’t affected.
- Delete your Pekpik accountDelete your Pekpik VPN account from the Account page in the app. Deleting is permanent and doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that first.
- Contact support and send feedbackEmail Pekpik VPN support at [email protected], or use Send Feedback in the app. Include your account email or Support ID so we can find your account.
