Delete your Pekpik VPN account
You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deletion can’t be undone.

Delete it in the app
- Open Pekpik VPN and go to the Account page.
- Tap or click Delete Account and confirm.
Delete Account appears once your email is linked. If you use Pekpik as a guest, delete it by email as described below.

Delete it by email
If you can’t open the app, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, or include your Support ID from the Account page. We confirm when it’s done.
What gets deleted
Your account, linked email, devices, connection and usage records, rewards and feedback are deleted or de-identified in our production systems. Some payment and entitlement records may be kept where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons. Copies in backups are removed when those backups expire. See our privacy policy.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings first so you aren’t charged again. How to cancel.
