Pekpik

Delete your Pekpik account

iPhone & iPadUpdated

Open Account in Pekpik VPN and tap Delete Account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and its data on our servers and can’t be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel it in your Apple ID settings first.

What you may see in the app

  • Delete Account?
  • This will permanently delete your account and sign you out.
  • Delete this account and remove its associated data from this Mac. This action cannot be undone.
  • Delete this account?
  • This disconnects VPN, deletes the server-side account data, and returns to a guest session.
  • Unable to delete this account right now.
  • Account deleted

Before you delete

  • If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel the subscription first. Apple keeps billing until you cancel, even after the account is gone.
  • Deleting removes the account for all your devices, not just this one.
  • If you only want to stop using Pekpik on one device, remove that device or sign out instead.

On iPhone and iPad

The app disconnects the VPN, deletes the account and signs you out. If you don’t see Delete Account, link your email first, then try again, or email [email protected] with your Support ID.

  1. Open Pekpik VPN and tap Account.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Read the message “This will permanently delete your account and sign you out.” and tap Delete Account again to confirm.

Can’t find Delete Account?

The button appears when you are signed in with an email. If you use a guest account and want it deleted, or the deletion fails, email [email protected] from the address you want handled, or include the Support ID or User ID shown in Account.
