刪除你的 Pekpik 帳號

iPhone 與 iPad

在 Pekpik VPN 中開啟 Account，點一下 Delete Account 並確認。這會永久刪除你的帳號及其在我們伺服器上的資料，且無法復原。刪除帳號不會取消 App Store 訂閱，請先在 Apple ID 設定中取消。

你可能在 App 中看到的訊息

  • Delete Account?
  • This will permanently delete your account and sign you out.
  • Delete this account and remove its associated data from this Mac. This action cannot be undone.
  • Delete this account?
  • This disconnects VPN, deletes the server-side account data, and returns to a guest session.
  • Unable to delete this account right now.
  • Account deleted

刪除之前

  • 如果你是透過 App Store 訂閱，請先取消訂閱。在你取消之前，即使帳號已刪除，Apple 仍會持續收費。
  • 刪除帳號會影響你所有的裝置，而不只是目前這一部。
  • 如果你只是想停止在某部裝置上使用 Pekpik，請改為移除該裝置或登出。

在 iPhone 和 iPad 上

App 會中斷 VPN 連線、刪除帳號並將你登出。如果看不到 Delete Account，請先綁定電子郵件再試一次，或附上你的 Support ID 寄信至 support@pekpik.com。

  1. 開啟 Pekpik VPN，點一下 Account。
  2. 捲動到最下方，點一下 Delete Account。
  3. 閱讀「This will permanently delete your account and sign you out.」（這會永久刪除你的帳號並將你登出）的訊息，再點一下 Delete Account 確認。

找不到 Delete Account？

用電子郵件登入後，這個按鈕才會出現。如果你使用訪客帳號並想刪除它，或刪除失敗，請用要處理的電子郵件地址寄信至 support@pekpik.com，或附上 Account 中顯示的 Support ID 或 User ID。
