Which protocol does Pekpik use?
Pekpik VPN connects using the VLESS protocol with REALITY, on both free and VIP servers. You don’t need to set anything up: the app gets fresh connection settings from our service each time you connect. Leave Preferred Protocol on Auto unless our support team asks you to change it.
What you may see in the app
- Your preferred protocol is not available on this server. Switch to auto-select?
What this means for you
- Every version of the app uses the same protocol.
- Connection details are downloaded each time you connect, so you never need to copy server addresses or keys by hand.
Preferred Protocol setting
The Account page has a Preferred Protocol setting. Keep it on Auto (shown as Auto (Recommended) on iPhone) so the app chooses for you. If you changed it and now have trouble connecting, set it back to Auto and connect again.
If a connection fails
Connection problems are usually caused by the network path to a server rather than the protocol. Try another server first. See Pekpik VPN won’t connect and Connected but no internet.
