Pekpik VPN won’t connect
iPhone & iPadUpdated
First check that your internet works with the VPN off, then try a different server. If the app asks for VPN permission, allow it. Most other failures come from a message in the app that tells you what to do next, such as a full device list or used-up free data. If nothing helps, update the app and contact support.
What you may see in the app

Quick checks
- Turn the VPN off and open a website. If it doesn’t load, fix your Wi-Fi or mobile data first. Hotel and airport Wi-Fi often need a sign-in; see Hotel and airport Wi-Fi sign-in pages.
- Open Servers and pick a different server, ideally in another country or region.
- Turn off any other VPN app. Two VPN apps running at once can block each other.
- Update Pekpik VPN to the latest version, then fully close and reopen the app.
Read the message in the app
- Device limit reached: remove an old device. See “Device limit reached”.
- Free traffic used up: see “Free traffic used up”.
- Server is no longer available: the server list refreshes; pick another server. See this article.
- This server requires a premium subscription: the server is for VIP. See Why is a server locked?.
- Server is still being configured: wait a few seconds and try again.
Allow the VPN permission
The first time you connect, iPhone asks to add a VPN configuration. Tap Allow and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. If you tapped Don’t Allow, see Allow the VPN configuration on iPhone.
