Connected but no internet
iPhone & iPadUpdated
After connecting, Pekpik checks that your traffic can actually reach the internet. If that check fails, the network path between you and the server is usually unstable for the moment, rather than the server being broken. Tap Retry or choose another server. If no server works, check your own Wi-Fi or mobile data with the VPN off.
What you may see in the app
- Connected but no internet. Try another server.
- The VPN connected, but “…” cannot provide internet access. Please choose another server.
- The network route to … is unstable right now. Retry or choose another server.
- The network route is unstable right now.
What to do
- Tap Retry to try the same server again. Short drops on the network path often clear within minutes.
- If it fails again, choose another server, ideally in a different country or region.
- Turn the VPN off and check that websites load. If they don’t, the problem is your Wi-Fi or mobile data, or a network that needs a sign-in page. See Hotel and airport Wi-Fi sign-in pages.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and try again.

If only some apps or sites fail
If most things work but a few apps or websites don’t, see Some apps or sites don’t work on VPN.
