Right-click the tray icon to see:
- Status: Connected, Connecting, Disconnecting or Disconnected. Service unavailable means the Pekpik VPN background service isn’t responding.
- Node: the node you’re connected to, or Not connected.
- Open Pekpik VPN: shows the main window.
- Disconnect while connected, or Connect... while disconnected, which opens the window so you can choose a node.

If the status says “Service unavailable”
The app can’t reach its Windows service. Restart your PC; the service starts automatically with Windows. If it still says Service unavailable, reinstall Pekpik VPN from the Windows download page.
