“This server is no longer available”
The server you selected was removed from the list or is temporarily offline. Pekpik refreshes your server list when this happens, so just pick another server, ideally in the same country or region. Your account and sign-in are not affected.
What you may see in the app
- Server is no longer available. Refreshing server list...
- This route is no longer available. Refresh the server list and choose another route.
- This node is temporarily offline. Choose another node in the same region.
- The selected server is no longer available. Choose one from the refreshed list.
- Connection failed because … is no longer available. Refresh the server list or choose another server.
- Server unavailable. The list was refreshed.
- That node is temporarily unavailable. The list was refreshed; pick another node.
What to do
- Open Servers. The list has already been refreshed.
- Pick another server, ideally in the same country or region, and connect.
Why servers disappear
Servers are added, replaced and taken offline for maintenance from time to time. Free servers in particular can go offline at short notice. When the app tries to connect to one that is gone, our service tells it to refresh the list instead of connecting.
What the message says
On iPhone and iPad: “Server is no longer available. Refreshing server list...”
If every server shows this
Update Pekpik VPN, then fully close and reopen it. If the list stays empty or every server fails, see “No servers available” or the list won’t load.
