“No servers available” or the list won’t load
The app needs to reach our service to download your server list. If the list is empty or stuck loading, check your internet connection, then tap Retry or refresh. If that doesn’t help, fully close and reopen the app, and update it to the latest version. The first launch can take a little longer while the app sets up your account.

On first launch
The first time you open the app, it creates your account and prepares your connection before the list appears. This can take a little longer than usual. Wait for it to finish rather than closing the app.
