Pekpik VPN이 연결되지 않아요

먼저 VPN을 끈 상태에서 인터넷이 되는지 확인한 다음, 다른 서버를 사용해 보세요. 앱이 VPN 권한을 요청하면 허용하세요. 그 밖의 실패는 대부분 기기 목록이 가득 찼거나 무료 데이터를 다 썼다는 등 다음에 할 일을 알려 주는 앱 메시지로 확인할 수 있습니다. 그래도 해결되지 않으면 앱을 업데이트하고 지원팀에 문의하세요.
앱에 표시될 수 있는 메시지

빠른 확인
- VPN을 끄고 웹사이트를 열어 보세요. 열리지 않으면 먼저 Wi-Fi나 모바일 데이터 문제를 해결하세요. 호텔이나 공항 Wi-Fi는 로그인이 필요한 경우가 많습니다. 호텔·공항 Wi-Fi 로그인 페이지를 참고하세요.
- Servers를 열고 다른 서버를 고르세요. 가능하면 다른 국가나 지역의 서버를 선택하세요.
- 다른 VPN 앱을 모두 끄세요. VPN 앱 두 개가 동시에 실행되면 서로 막을 수 있습니다.
- Pekpik VPN을 최신 버전으로 업데이트한 다음, 앱을 완전히 닫았다가 다시 여세요.
앱의 메시지 확인하기
- Device limit reached: 오래된 기기를 삭제하세요. “Device limit reached”를 참고하세요.
- Free traffic used up: “Free traffic used up”을 참고하세요.
- Server is no longer available: 서버 목록이 새로 고쳐집니다. 다른 서버를 고르세요. 이 문서를 참고하세요.

- Server is still being configured: 몇 초 기다렸다가 다시 시도하세요.
VPN 권한 허용하기
처음 연결할 때 iPhone이 VPN 구성 추가를 요청합니다. 허용을 탭하고 Face ID, Touch ID 또는 암호로 확인하세요. 허용 안 함을 탭했다면 iPhone에서 VPN 구성 허용하기를 참고하세요.
그래도 연결되지 않는 경우
서버 이름, 시각, 표시된 메시지를 정확히 적어 [email protected]으로 이메일을 보내 주세요.
