Request a refund for an App Store purchase

Apple processes all payments made through the App Store, so only Apple can refund them. Pekpik can’t see your card details or issue an App Store refund. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides each request.

Request a refund from Apple

Apple usually updates you within 24 to 48 hours. If it’s approved, the money goes back to your original payment method.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.
  2. Choose I’d like to, then Request a refund.
  3. Pick a reason and continue.
  4. Select the Pekpik VPN subscription and submit.

Stop future charges

A refund request doesn’t cancel the subscription. To stop it renewing, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings.

What happens to VIP

If Apple approves the refund, VIP may be removed from your Pekpik account. Your account and settings stay as they are.
