Export diagnostic logs for support

iPhone & iPadUpdated

The iPhone app doesn’t have a log export; describe the problem by email to [email protected] instead. Where the app offers Debug Logs in Account, turn on Write diagnostic logs, reproduce the problem, then export the logs and email them to us. Logs stay on your device until you send them.

What you may see in the app

  • Keep this enabled while reproducing a VPN connection failure. Logs are stored locally and can be exported for support.
  • Enable, share, or clear local diagnostic logs.

The iPhone app doesn’t offer log export. Open the Account tab and tap Send Feedback to email us, or write to [email protected]. If you use Pekpik as a guest, copy your Support ID from the Account tab and include it.

What to include in your email

  • Your device and app version.
  • The server you tried and roughly when it happened.
  • The exact message the app showed.
  • Whether you were on Wi-Fi or mobile data.

When you have finished, you can turn off Write diagnostic logs and use the clear option in Debug Logs to delete the log files from your device.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your Support ID from the Account page.
