This message means your Pekpik account already has as many devices as it is allowed. Open the device list in the app’s Account page, remove a device you no longer use, then connect again. You can’t remove the device you are using, and you stay signed in the whole time.

Remove a device you no longer use
- Open the Account page in Pekpik VPN.
- Find the device list. It shows each device linked to your account, and the one you are using is marked as current.
- Remove an old device, for example a phone you sold or an app you deleted.
- Go back and connect again.
The device list appears when you are signed in with your email. If you use Pekpik as a guest, link your email first.
Where the device list is
Step-by-step instructions are in Remove or rename a device.
Where the device list is
On iPhone and iPad: Account tab > MY DEVICES.
If you can’t open the list on this device
Open Pekpik VPN on another device that is signed in to the same email, remove an old device there, then try again on the new one. If none of your devices can open the list, email [email protected] with the email address on your account.
Why it happens
Each phone, tablet or computer you use counts as a device. Devices you no longer use stay in the list until you remove them. The limit depends on your account; see How many devices can I use?.
Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your Support ID from the Account page.
