Pekpik

Subscription expired or payment retrying

iPhone & iPadUpdated

When an App Store subscription ends or Apple can’t take the renewal payment, your Pekpik account returns to the free plan and Account shows Upgrade Now again. If the payment failed, update your payment method in your Apple ID settings and Apple will retry. If you cancelled, subscribe again from the app.

If Apple couldn’t charge you

  1. Open Settings, tap your name, then Payment & Shipping, and update your card or add another payment method.
  2. Apple tries the renewal payment again. While Apple is retrying, VIP may stay active for a short time; this is controlled by Apple.
  3. Once the renewal goes through, open Pekpik VPN. VIP comes back automatically. If it doesn’t, use Restore purchases.

If you cancelled

VIP ends at the end of the last paid period. To get it back, go to Account, tap Upgrade Now and subscribe again. Your account, devices and settings are kept.

Check the subscription status

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions. An expiry date shown in red means the subscription has ended or been cancelled.
